How to use a project community on StonkBuilder to get started safely

Every project community on StonkBuilder follows the same shape, so once you know how to read one, you can read them all. Here is what each part is for, and a step-by-step way to use a hub before you touch a new project.

In short

  • Each hub is an independent guide to one project, not the project's own website.
  • Start with the verified contract address and the official links: they tell you which token and which website are real.
  • Read how the project works and what it costs, then follow one step-by-step guide with a small amount.
  • Every hub shows the date its facts were checked. Projects change, so confirm anything important on the official site.

What a project community is

A project community is a page we write about one project, such as Raydium or PreStocks. It explains the project in plain words and collects what a newcomer needs in one place. It is independent: the project does not run it, and every hub says so.

How to use a hub, step by step

  1. Open the hub from a trusted place

Start from the Communities tab or a bookmark, not from a link someone sent you in a message.

  2. Copy the verified contract address

Use the copy button, then compare the whole address with what your wallet or swap app shows. Matching the name or logo is not enough.

  3. Open the official links

Bookmark the project's real website from the hub's official links, or from its Link page. Use that bookmark from now on.

  4. Read how it works and what it costs

Two minutes on the diagram and the fees tells you where your money goes before you spend any.

  5. Follow one guide with a small amount

Pick the guide for the one thing you want to do, and do it with an amount you would be fine losing.

  6. Check the date

Facts such as fees change. If a fact matters to you, confirm it on the official site before you act.

  7. Ask the right people

Questions about our page go to @stonkbuilder on X. Questions about the project go to its official support. Nobody legitimate will message you first.

The communities so far

We have hubs for Solana, Jupiter, Raydium, Meteora, StonkFun, PreStocks, xStocks and $ORE, and more are on the way. Every one of them is listed on the Communities tab, and the blog lists every step-by-step guide by project.

Questions people ask

Are the hubs official?

No. They are independent guides by StonkBuilder Community. Each hub links to the project's own site and says it is not affiliated with it.

Why does the contract address matter so much?

Anyone can create a token with the same name and logo as a real one. The contract address is unique, so it is the only reliable way to know you have the real token.

What if the hub and the project's site disagree?

Trust the project's official site for anything that can change, such as fees, and tell us so we can fix the hub.
