We are seeking people with quadriplegia to participate in a groundbreaking investigational medical device clinical trial for our brain-computer interface. Learn more and submit an application: neuralink.com/patient-registry — The ability to interface with digital devices and the Internet is a requirement for functioning in an increasingly digital society. Unfortunately, the input systems that are currently available to many people with quadriplegia often fail to meet their needs, leading to decreased engagement in society and increased dependency on others. Our implant is designed to establish a wireless, digital link between the brain and computers to potentially provide individuals with paralysis the same reliable control over smart devices as able-bodied individuals have (if not better). This study aims to validate the safety and usefulness of our implant and surgical robot - an important step towards shaping the future of assistive technologies that will potentially help millions of people around the world suffering from quadriplegia and other neurological conditions. — "Action Time" by Cold Cinema inaudio.org/track/action-time-epic

Timestamped breakdown and key moments
| Timestamp | Segment / event | What happens in the segment |
|---|---|---|
00:00 | Limitations of current assistive inputs | Explains why existing switches and eye-trackers often leave people with quadriplegia dependent on others. |
00:45 | Wireless N1 cursor control & Patient Registry | Shows first-participant laptop use and directs prospective volunteers to neuralink.com. |
What this video demonstrates—and what it does not establish
What this video demonstrates
- Official patient-registry recruitment scope and investigational disclaimers for the PRIME Study.
Scope limits & what it does not establish
- Recruitment overview; explicitly notes that the study evaluates safety and initial usefulness with no guaranteed benefit.
How this fits into Neuralink's broader clinical and hardware roadmap
This video sits inside the Clinical trials, keynotes & vision research research track on StonkBuilder's independent Neuralink hub. All Neuralink hardware (the N1 implant and R1 surgical robot) and clinical programs (PRIME NCT06429735, CONVOY, and VOICE NCT07224256) remain investigational and have not received FDA commercial marketing authorization.
