Anduril stock: is Anduril public, what is it worth, and what is the ANDURIL token?

Is Anduril public?

No. Anduril is a private company, so there is no Anduril stock to buy on an exchange today. On 2 Oct 2026 EDGAR held no registration statement filed by Anduril itself (other companies' filings mention it), and the SEC's list of company tickers had no Anduril entry.^[6][7] We found no announcement of an IPO filing.

What Anduril's leaders have said

Schimpf told CNBC at the Allen & Co. Sun Valley conference on 9 July that Anduril counts an IPO as successful if investors have a good return three years after listing, that "the middle of a hype cycle" is a bad time to list, and that some valuations are "crazy high".^[1] Founder Palmer Luckey has said he "definitely" aims to IPO but has set no target, CNBC reported.^[1]

Valuation and revenue

Anduril announced on 13 May 2026 that it had closed a $5 billion Series H at a $61 billion valuation, led by returning investors Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz. That more than doubled the $30.5 billion valuation of its June 2025 Series G. Schimpf wrote in the announcement that revenue doubled to $2.2 billion in 2025, and TechCrunch noted Anduril has raised more than $11 billion in total.^[2]

Reuters reported on 24 July, citing anonymous sources, that Anduril was raising a new round at about $100 billion, possibly in two stages that could both close within the year. Anduril said in a statement that "no decisions have been made about any future financing" and that anyone claiming to know its terms "is speculating or misinformed".^[3]

What the ANDURIL token is

ANDURIL is a PreStocks token on Solana that follows the price of Anduril's shares. It is not an Anduril share: PreStocks' FAQ says its tokens confer no ownership, voting, dividend, information or other legal rights.^[5] PreStocks says its tokens settle in stablecoins or tokenized public stock rather than by transferring shares, and are backed through holding entities such as SPVs.^[8][9]

Other ways people get Anduril exposure

• Registered funds that hold private stock. Fundrise's Innovation Fund (VCX) reported holding Anduril, in part through a co-investment vehicle, at 31 March 2026.^[12] The fund has its own fees, redemption limits and eligibility rules, so read its documents first.
• Employee shares and forward contracts. Anduril says transfers of most employee stock without board approval are void and that forward contracts or funds claiming indirect access are not its business.^[4] That is a risk you carry if you buy this way.

What happens to ANDURIL tokens if Anduril lists

PreStocks says that when a company lists, its token becomes convertible into a tokenized version of the public stock, with up to nine months to convert before the token expires worthless.^[5] Anduril hasn't listed, and PreStocks' Anduril page showed no IPO or conversion notice on 2 Oct 2026.^[10] The one worked example is SpaceX: what happens to a token at an IPO.

What to watch next

1. The public S-1 on EDGAR. Look for a filing whose filer is Anduril; plenty of other companies' filings mention it.^[6]
2. The reported new round. If it closes near $100 billion, PreStocks would have a new last-round price to show; Reuters reported the talks, Anduril did not confirm them.^[3]
3. What Schimpf and Luckey say about timing. CNBC reported both are in no hurry.^[1]
4. A notice from PreStocks. An IPO or conversion notice would appear on its Anduril page first.^[10]
