In short

  • You need a Solana wallet with USDC to spend and a little SOL for the network fee.
  • Jupiter routes the swap USDC to ORE to $ARMORED, because the coin trades against ORE on pump.fun.
  • The pump.fun leg costs 3% for holders plus 0.95% for pump.fun; the swap card shows its own fee too.
  • Compare every character of the contract address: Bq4iwaa2hGWweyCeM9ZNyWnZSj6pCMeUDKZgmtb5pump.

What you need

  • A Solana wallet such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, installed from its official site or app store. StonkBuilder Learn explains recovery phrases if this is your first one.
  • USDC on Solana to spend. Buy it on an exchange licensed in your country and withdraw it on the Solana network. Send a small test first .
  • A little SOL, about 0.01 SOL, for network fees. Solana fees are usually a fraction of a cent, but a wallet with no SOL cannot sign anything.[1]

Buy $ARMORED on the Armored Kitten page

The Buy $ARMORED section: four short steps on the left and a swap card on the right, paying USDC and receiving ARMORED.
The swap on the Armored Kitten page, with $ARMORED already picked.
  1. Open the real page

Go to community.stonkbuilder.com/creator/armoredkitten by typing the address, or from the link on @armoredkitten8 on X . Don't follow swap links from DMs or ads.

  2. Connect your wallet

Press Connect wallet and pick yours. Connecting only shows your public address. It cannot move anything without your approval.

  3. Type an amount of USDC

The card asks Jupiter, Solana's swap router, for a quote. The route goes USDC to ORE, then ORE to $ARMORED on pump.fun, because that is the coin's pair.[2]

  4. Read the quote

Check the amount you receive, the minimum you will get and the price impact. The price already includes the 3% for holders[3] and pump.fun's own 0.95% fee.[4] The line under the button shows the page's own fee: 0.5% when we checked, through Jupiter's referral program.

  5. Check the address

Compare the coin's address with Bq4iwaa2hGWweyCeM9ZNyWnZSj6pCMeUDKZgmtb5pump, every character. The page shows it next to a Copy button, and @armoredkitten8 posts the same one.

  6. Approve in your wallet

Your wallet shows one transaction. Approve it, and the coins arrive seconds later. Nobody on the page ever holds your funds or keys.

Other ways to buy

  • jup.ag: open Jupiter, paste the contract address into the token search and swap from USDC or SOL. Check the address it shows before you sign.
  • pump.fun: open the coin's page from the link on the Armored Kitten page and buy there with ORE or with the options pump.fun offers.
  • Your wallet's swap screen: most Solana wallets can swap by contract address. Paste it, never search by name alone.

After you buy

  1. Find it in your wallet

If $ARMORED doesn't show, search your wallet for the contract address. Some wallets hide new tokens until you add them.

  2. Keep some SOL

You will need SOL again to sell or send. Leave about 0.01 SOL in the wallet.

  3. Watch for ORE

Holder rewards arrive as ORE in the same wallet, paid by pump.fun in rounds while people trade. There is nothing to claim.

  4. Ignore DMs

Nobody from the team or from StonkBuilder will message you first or ask for your recovery phrase. Anyone who does is a scammer.

Questions people ask

Can I buy $ARMORED with SOL?

Yes. On jup.ag or pump.fun you can swap from SOL, and the route still passes through ORE. The page's swap starts from USDC.

Why does my swap go through ORE?

$ARMORED trades against ORE on pump.fun, so a buy from USDC first becomes ORE and then $ARMORED. It is one transaction in your wallet.

Is there a fee when I send $ARMORED to a friend?

Only the normal Solana network fee. The token has no transfer fee. The 3% applies to trades on pump.fun.

The coin doesn't show in my wallet. Is it lost?

Usually not. Search your wallet for the contract address, or look up your address on a block explorer, which lists every token you hold.

How do I sell it later?

The same way in reverse. Our guide to selling a memecoin walks through it.
