What it is, and what it isn't

PreStocks mints ANTHROPIC against Anthropic exposure held by its holding entities, and the token's price is meant to follow Anthropic's price per share.^[1] It gives economic exposure only: no ownership, vote, dividend or information rights, and it isn't issued or endorsed by Anthropic.^[1] The July 2026 attestation says each token represents economic exposure equal to one share, and calls itself a review of documents PreStocks provided, not a statutory audit.^[2]

What Anthropic says about tokens like this

Anthropic's Help Center says transfers of its stock that its board hasn't approved are void, that transfers to SPVs are void, and that anyone offering its shares to the public through tokenized securities is likely offering an investment that may have no value. It adds that it doesn't recognize SPV-based interests.^[4] It doesn't name PreStocks. When the warning was reported in May 2026, ANTHROPIC fell 34% in a week.^[7] PreStocks replied that its tokens settle in stablecoins or tokenized public stock rather than by transferring shares, and that all live tokens remain fully backed under its terms.^[8] Anthropic's warning, explained goes through what it covers.

What it costs to trade

The transfer fee is built into the mint: 3% on 30 Sep 2026, charged when a pool sends you tokens and again when you sell.^[3] PreStocks introduced it at 0.5% from 10 September 2026, raised it to 1% from 20 September and to 3% from 26 September, and can change it again.^[9][3] Pool fees, price impact and a small Solana network fee come on top, and checking the fee on-chain takes a minute.

Liquidity is thin for a token quoted like a stock: Jupiter showed about $1.1 million on 30 Sep 2026, so large trades move the price, and PreStocks says its tokens have no guaranteed secondary-market liquidity.^[6][10]

Make sure you have the real one
